At AWAKENED Protocol Consulting, we do not sell “advice”; we facilitate Logical Recompilation. Because our work relies on the Superconductive Protocol (Integrity-Based Engagement), our relationship is built on absolute transparency and the law of causality.

1. The Core Philosophy

We believe in the Causality of Results. If you have rigorously applied the AWAKENED protocols and your “Cognitive Operating System” has failed to show measurable optimization within the first 90 days, we do not wish to retain your investment.

2. Eligibility for Refund (The “Commitment Audit”)

To maintain the purity of our logical network, a refund is not an exit for the uncommitted, but a safeguard for the honest. A full refund of your annual mentorship fee is available within the first 90 days if:

  • Execution Consistency: You have completed 100% of the assigned “Cognitive Drills” and “Case Audits” documented in your portal.
  • Emotional Sovereignty: You have maintained an objective, “internal-cause” orientation throughout the process. Refunds are not available to those who default to external blaming or use emotional volatility to bypass logical accountability.
  • Systemic Recurrence Audit: You have documented your primary “cognitive bugs” and successfully utilized our frameworks to identify them in real-time. If the logic fails to provide clarity despite your documented effort, the system is deemed a mismatch.

3. The “Permanent Disconnection” Clause

If a refund is issued, it constitutes a final Logical Severance.

  • Your access to the AWAKENED AI Agent and the private logic network will be permanently revoked.
  • Under our Scarcity Preservation Principle, you will be ineligible for any future AWAKENED Protocol Consulting protocols. We operate on the belief that if our logic does not calibrate with your current mental architecture, we should not exhaust further “computational power” on either side.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Phase I Audit ($99): This fee covers the initial computational resources and “Integrity Scanning” and is non-refundable.
  • Direct Sync (On-Site/Hourly): Once a physical meeting or hourly consultation has occurred, the energy and time are considered fully consumed and are non-refundable.
